The small bay Cala Deia lies in the northwest of Majorca between Soller and Valldemossa. Three kilometres below the village Deia lies this wonderful small bay. The beach is rough-sanded and is a pebble beach with rock boulders. The water is turquois-green and clear as glass. The bay is surrounded by medium high rocks. Situated at the beach are two restaurants. The artist’s village of Deia is a very exclusive address. The Cala Deia is ideal for snorkelling and swimming. It is not well suited for children, as the beach has a steep decline and not much room to play. Bathing guests are not the only ones who visit the restaurant “Ca’s Patro March” in the Cala Deia frequently. Because of the great location many guests come merely to enjoy the fantastic view and ambience.
