Location

This comfortable holiday home is located in the north of the island between Pollensa and Alcudia, about 3 km from Pollensa. In Pollensa you will find nice cafes, good restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets. On Sundays, the popular weekly market takes place here. The region offers wonderful excursion possibilities such. For example, the Tramuntana mountains with its many typical mountain villages or Cap Formentor and the beautiful bays in this area. The beaches in Puerto Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicente and Alcudia are easily reached by rental car. There is also a golf course in Pollensa. The airport is about 60 km away.

Description

The typical holiday home is divided on 2 floors and embedded in a beautiful overgrown garden. Upon entering the guest enters directly into the dining room with a rustic dining table and a well-equipped open kitchenette with breakfast bar. From here it goes into the living room with comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV with satellite and a wood stove. A staircase in the dining room leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds and the other has 1 double bed and both have air conditioning. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area is the 8 x 4 large pool, surrounded by a lawn with sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing and swimming. There is also a second bathroom with shower. On the covered terrace, guests will find a dining table for shared meals. A beautiful holiday villa for the family or with friends.
