This newly built, very comfortable villa lies in the south of Majorca near the small town of Campos. In Campos you will find numerous shopping possibilities, restaurants and supermarkets. A Lidl is also located in Campos. Ever Saturday, Campus hosts an interesting antiques market. A traditional town market is held on Thursdays. The drive to Campos is about 3 km. The nearest beach is situated about 11 km from the villa.
Description
This villa leaves no wishes unfulfilled. It’s a very nice and modern villa with natural stone facade and a spacious and light interior. It also offers a living-and dining room designed in loft-character and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor features three bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed, the second has 2 single beds, and the third offers 3 single beds to guests. Furthermore, two bathrooms are available on this floor. The first floor features a further bedroom with double bed and a bathroom en suite.
The 14 x 5 m large pool lies within the outdoor area and invites guests to bathe and linger. Sunbeds are of course also included. A lounge area to relax and chill as well as a roofed barbecue area with nice dining table and lots of room offer plenty of opportunities to settle down. The garden, as well as the nice house, are all newly arranged and in mint condition. A guest WC is also situated in the outdoor area, as is an outdoor shower. Sunshades provide shade at the pool area.

A new villa with a sensational pool. We booked this luxury villa via the agency Majorca Villarentals. The entire booking procedure worked very well. We were totally impressed right upon arrival. The entire villa estate is absolutely superb. The owner was very friendly. The villa was very clean, and the features were top of the notch. The garden with pool is absolute luxury. The terrace with the sunbeds and the roofed grill house were perfect. We have already rebooked. The quiet location near to Campos and the superb beach Es Trenc was just right for us.
