This villa lies only 1,5 km away from the beach of Cala Sanau. You can reach it in about 15 minutes by foot. Cala D’Or, the golf course Vall D’Or and tennis courts are all within a few driving minutes. The southeast coast of Majorca offers many shopping possibilities in Cala D’or or in Santanyi as well as various beautiful sandy bays.
Description
The villa with much privacy features comfortable equipment. The entrance leads to the large dining room. A stone arch separates it from the adjoining living room with access to the garden terrace. The vast and fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry room with washing machine are right next to it. A bedroom with double bed and shower bathroom en suite and a bedroom with two single beds, also with shower bathroom en suite can be found here on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the first floor, where a master bedroom with double bed, curved ceiling and shower bathroom en suite, a bedroom with two single beds, and another bedroom with double bed are situated. The two latter bedrooms share a bathroom with a corner bathtub. Every bedroom has access to the terrace with great view of the countryside and sea. The wonderfully arranged garden features a stunning pool which is 14 m in length, a children’s swing, a huge lawn and lots of space for children to play. Of course, a barbecue is also on site and many trees, palms, oleanders and bougainvilleas provide shade to the various terraces and offer a dream ambiance.

We stayed right close to the beach with a group of 10 people in this wonderful, neat villa. The interior of the villa was designed in Spanish style. We were totally impressed upon arrival. The villa had been extensively cleaned. The villa estate features a spacious room-layout. Everything necessary was available in the kitchen. The fantastic garden with the superb pool is exactly like the pictures on the website. This villa is a perfect holiday domicile. We have already booked for next year. It only took us a few minutes to drive to Porto Colom and the golf course Vall D’Or. There are good restaurants in Porto Colom. We were all totally impressed upon arrival, as the nice garden, the large lawn and the fantastic pool were absolutely perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean, and the Spanish interior matched well with the villa. The villa is ideal for 10 people. The owner was very friendly. The entire villa estate has a great ambiance. The location close to the beach is superb, also Cala D’Or and the golf course Vall D’Or were only a few minutes’ drive away with the rental car. We are definitely returning to this villa. We spent our holiday in this villa near the beach of Cala Sanau. The villa lies to the southeast and is very beautiful. The large covered terraces are ideal to linger in the shade. The interior is furnished in typically local styling and everything one might need was available. The garden is fab. Perfectly located with a really great pool. We totally liked the region. We could quickly reach Cala D’Or as well as Porto Colom. We often went to eat out in the marina of Cala D’Or, specifically in the restaurant “Botavara”, with a really good service and tasty cuisine. The restaurant “Sa Llotja” in Porto Colom is also recommendable. On one day, we chartered a boat in Porto Colom, which was a great experience. We definitely had a dream holiday and would like to thank Majorca Villarentals for the friendly and always swift service. We are already looking at properties for next year, until then.

The villa had been very thoroughly cleaned before we arrived and decorated in Mediterranean style.
