This exclusive and luxurious villa is located in Punta des Port, a privileged ad quiet residential area of the romantic fishing village Porto Petro. You enjoy a wonderful view over the bay of Porto Petro from the villa. The fishing village offers many excellent restaurants of all price categories and various small supermarkets for your daily needs. There are also several small sandy bays to be found here. The pretty Cala Egos e.g. lies only about 800 m from the villa. The walk to the nearest restaurants and shops is about 1 km, to the centre about 3 km. The closest golf course is situated 8 km to the northeast. It’s a wonderful region with many small, romantic villages and beach bays, which can all be easily explored by rental car. The drive to the airport is about 57 km.
Description
This highly modern, 190 m² large villa consists of two levels and welcomes guests with a light and openly designed living-and dining area on the ground floor. Impressive here are the seemingly floating flat-screen TV and the comfy designer-couch. Adjoining you will find the fully equipped and highly modern kitchen, which includes a cooking island that also acts as a mini-bar. The ground floor also features a bedroom with double bed and shower bathroom en suite, which gives direct access to the garden-and pool area. Puristic stairs lead up to the first floor, where guests can make use of three more bedrooms. All of theses bedrooms are fitted with 2 single beds each and come with their own en suite bathrooms. One bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, the other two with a shower. A balcony connects all three bedrooms and leads to a large upper terrace with fantastic view. The villa also features a basement with further couches and a table tennis table. The laundry is also located here.
In the outdoor area, two roofed- and furnished terraces are available to guests. The larger terrace looks out onto the swimming pool and features comfortable lounge furniture in addition to the dining table. The 10 x 4 m large pool with outdoor shower is surrounded by a noble wooden terrace with sunbeds, lending the pool area with a luxurious touch. A mobile barbecue and a neat lawn for the kids complete the exterior.

A villa which you could only dream of. Newly built in Porto Petro near Cala D’Or. All of us were totally thrilled with the villa the moment we arrived. Cleanness and the sensational high-quality interior were fantastic. The villa even beats the photos on the website. The super modern kitchen was a dream. The bathrooms were also very exclusive. The single terraces were superb and gave us a great outlook onto the sea. Not to mention the fabulous pool. The luxury villa offers unmatchable flair and style and we enjoyed a dream holiday here. The marina of Cala D’Or was only a few minutes away. Great setting and very good restaurants. Especially the restaurant Port Petit is worth a visit, very good cuisine. We had booked with friends for our holiday through the agency Majorca Villa Rentals this elegant dream villa in Cala D’Or. The whole process has worked brilliantly and smoothly. The villa was very clean and has a great high quality luxury decor. Above all, the exclusive kitchen and the lounge furniture on the terrace were another highlight. Elegant luxury villa in Porto Petro in close proximity to Cala D’Or. It was only a few minutes to the marina in Cala D’Or. Also the golf club Vall D’Or we reached only in a few minutes by car, great location. The villa was very clean on our arrival.
