Location

This typical holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of the coastal resort Sa Rapita, in the southeast of Majorca. The coast is a mere 200 m away from the house and ideal for taking romantic walks along the sea. Sa Rapita is known for its excellent fish restaurants in first sea line and also features sufficient supermarkets to satisfy your daily needs. For large shopping trips, we recommend the small town of Campos, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The beach of Sa Rapita and the marina both lie about 2 km from the house. Also, the beautiful and well-known beaches Ses Covetes and Es Trenc can be reached in about 15 to 20 driving minutes. The drive to the airport takes about 30 minutes.

Description

This is a light and friendly holiday home with an entrance that leads straight into the living-and dining area with satellite TV and open fireplace. The separate kitchen is well-equipped and also features a pantry and a breakfast table. From the total of three bedrooms of the house, the first is fitted with 2 single beds and the second bedroom contains one double bed. Both these bedrooms share a separate bathroom with bathtub between them. The third bedroom features a double bed and a private bathroom en suite.

The neat outdoor area consists of a 8 x 4 m large pool including sunbeds, outdoor shower and sunshades, as well as a grill house with sink. Guests can dine at the table of the large roofed terrace and enjoy the view of the beautiful garden. The front side of the house features a second stretch of lawn with a large pine tree, which gives plenty of natural shade.
