The nice semi-detached house lies at the edge of Porreres, a typical village in the southeast of Majorca. You can reach the centre with tis nice restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in just a few walking minutes. Everything is available for your daily needs. The nearest beaches of the region, such as the Es Trenc or the Es Caragol, lie about 18 km from the holiday home. The slightly more distant natural beaches Cala Mondrago and S’Amarador are also strongly recommended. The house is great for cyclists as it lies close to many well-known cycling routes. The golf resort Son Antem with two 18-hole golf courses lies about 26 km from the house.

Description

The timeless holiday home is designed in an elongated way and features an airy living-and dining room with modern dining table, fireplace, cosy sofa corner and an elegant spiral staircase, which leads up to the first floor. Situated right next to it is the fully equipped kitchen. Both kitchen and dining room give straight access to the outdoor area. The main bedroom with double bed features its private bathroom en suite with bathtub. A twin bedroom and a single bedroom share a second, separate bathroom with shower between them.

The highlight of the outdoor area is the beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The outdoor dining table may be placed anywhere on the partly covered terrace thanks to the mobile sunshade. The mobile barbecue also offers great flexibility.
