This 2019 newly built farmhouse is located in the south of Majorca near the small town of Campos. In Campos you will find numerous shops, some good restaurants and supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and the drugstore Müller. On Saturdays there is an antique market in Campos and every Thursday the traditional market. Campos is about 0.5 km away from the house and the beautiful natural beach Es Trenc can be reached in 15 minutes by rental car. In addition, there are many other excursion possibilities in this region, such as the Mondragó Natural Park with its beautiful beaches and many other beautiful bays and villages. In Santanyí, about 12 km away, every Wednesday and Saturday, a worth seeing market takes place. There you find also many good restaurants and cafes. The airport is about 33 km away.

Description

Entering into this newly built farmhouse you will get directly into a large bright living room. The comfortable sitting area next to the fireplace and with a large flat screen TV invites to a cozy get-together. The dining area and adjoining fully equipped modern kitchen can both be separated by sliding glass doors. In the back of the house are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with bath and a third with shower. From the living room and dining room you reach the beautiful covered terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. The terrace is furnished on one side with a comfortable sitting area and on the other side with a large dining table. A barbecue invites you to spend nice hours at the farmhouse. The large pool has a jacuzzi and is surrounded by a stone terrace and lawn area with sun loungers where guests can enjoy the sunshine of Majorca by the private pool. This house is a nice holiday home to stay with family or friends.
