This fantastic newly built villa with its unique view across the east coast of Majorca lies close to Calas de Mallorca and the village of Son Macia. From here you can reach many lovely beaches within 5 to 10 driving minutes. The village Son Macia with restaurants, bakeries, a small supermarket and a pharmacy is only about 5 driving minutes away. The larger town Manacor can also be reached in only about 15 minutes. Of course you can find numerous shopping possibilities and stores as well as banks here, and the weekly market takes place every Monday. The superb golf course Vall D’Or is also only 15 minutes away by car. The villa is located in an ideal location which offers many possibilities and a spectacular view for your holiday with flair.
Description
This villa was completely newly built and decorated with great detail and comfort in mind. The villa’s interior is divided as follows:
Located on the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms feature large fitted wardrobes in the foyers. Furthermore you will find a bedroom for children with 2 bunk beds for up to 4 kids. The first floor contains a very modern kitchen with all appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and all important electric devices. Ceramic hobs with oven complete the kitchen. From the kitchen you can walk through to the dining area, where everyone can dine together at a large table. The comfortable living room invites to read, loosen up or simply relax. The villa is fitted with air conditioning. Of course also featured are satellite TV, and DVD & CD players. You will find a shower bathroom on this floor as well. A master bedroom with bathroom en suite and whirlpool is also situated here.
All floors lead to the many different terrace areas. All terraces are fitted with furniture. The outdoor area also features an outdoor kitchen with grill located on the grand terrace. The terrace has a large table that provides plenty of room for everyone so you can dine together in comfort.
At the pool you will find sunbeds for relaxing. The pool also features a jacuzzi. When bathing in the sun, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the coast and the sea, as well as the mountains. It’s simply a dream.
The villa is suitable for 8 to 10 people. One of the bedroom features 2 bunk beds.

Luckily, we also booked this exclusive villa near Son Macia with Majorca Villarentals. The whole process went very smoothly. It was a dream villa and the interior was superb. The kitchen had all the features one could think of, including a roofed barbecue outside. The location of the villa was outstanding and offered a fantastic view of the sea. The pool and the terraces were super nice. It was a great tip to go shopping in Manacor. You can find both a totally new Lidl and Aldi there, and things they didn’t have we simply got at the Spanish supermarkets. The beautiful beach Cala Mandia was only a 10-minute drive away with the rental car. The villa is an ideal holiday residence, and we thank the team of Majorca Villarentals for the great service on the island Majorca.
A really exceptional view of the east coast and the sea. We stayed at this wonderful villa near Son Macia with our family and we were all totally impressed. The owner was very friendly. The villa had upper class features and a great luxurious kitchen. Everything was very clean. The pool and the terraces both offered a fantastic view and were just lovely. The villa is quite unique. There were several restaurants in Son Macia. The golf course Vall D’Or was also only 15 minutes up the road. Thanks to the great advice we got from Majorca Villarentals, we booked just the right villa for our needs. We will surely return.
