Location

This enchanting villa lies in the southeast of Majorca, within the wonderful valley of Es Carritxo. The town Felanitx with many shopping possibilities, restaurants and various stores lies about 7 km away. Felanitx hosts a market every Sunday from about 9 am to 1 pm. The region is home to many small villages with typical flair. Quite near, 5 km to be exact, you will find Cas Concos with its nice restaurants. Numerous sandy bays can also be enjoyed within the region. They all lie within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The Cala Sanau and the Cala Mondrago are wonderful sandy bays that you will find close by. It’s a great region with lots of flair and many day trip possibilities. The golf course Vall D’or lies only 6 km from the villa.

Description

This completely renovated and very high quality country house was furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. The house has been stylishly furnished with light and modern design with natural elements. On the ground floor is a large open living room with two separate sitting areas and a beautiful fireplace. A modern white, fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table and a closed fireplace with a large glass front invites the guests to linger and cook.  Directly adjacent there is an utility room with a freezer and the washer and dryer. A guest toilet is also on this level. A beautiful bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom is also available for the guests on the ground floor. Upstairs is located on a gallery a modern seating corner with TV. A great place to stay and chill out. Here are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom with double bed and exit to the terrace with panoramic views of the countryside to the coast and the sea. This bedroom has a bathroom en suite. Through the window, guests of this double room enjoy a magnificent view to the sea. Outside there is the beautiful pool of 9 x 3 x 5 m and a small children’s pool with sun loungers and parasols. From here you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and the fantastic views to the sea. A covered terrace with dining table and barbecue area provides cozy barbecue hours. In the garden you will find a lawn to relax and linger and beautiful places to enjoy. An elegant and high quality country house with lots of charm and great views in a beautiful region.
