Location

This nice and newly built villa is located only 3 km from the village of Campos. There you will find numerous supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona and Eroski, as well as various smaller supermarkets, many shops and boutiques, plus many restaurants and cafes. Campos also hosts a traditional market every Saturday morning. The dream beach Es Trenc, with its long sandy beach, turquoise coloured water and gently declining sea bed, lies only about 8 km from the villa. The nearby tourist resort Colonia Sant Jordi with its harbour, many restaurants and a nice sandy beach is also ideal to shop and spend relaxing afternoons. You can also take wonderful boat trips to e.g. the island Cabrera from Colonia Sant Jordi.

Description

This new villa lies in quiet and rural location in the south of Majorca. The ground floor features the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the terrace, a living room with comfortable sofas to relax in and three bedrooms (one with 1 double bed, two with 2 single beds each). There are also two bathrooms available to guests on the ground floor. The first floor offers a further bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite.

The nice outdoor area consists of a roofed terrace with dining table, a 9,5 x 4,5 m large pool with sunbeds and a sunshade, a walled grill for enjoyable barbecue evenings at the villa, a small children’s playground and a table tennis table for sports fans. There is also a neat lawn to play or relax on. It’s a nice and quiet villa for the family or a group of friends.
