This newly built dream villa lies only 1300 m from the 12 km long sandy beach of Alcudia. It’s a villa in very quiet location only 1 km away from Alcudia and its restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The nearest golf course of Alcudia is only 4 km up the road. The port still contains an old fishing harbor which is still active today. You can also take trip boats to Pollensa or just explore the pretty nearby bays.
Description
This very comfortable, newly built villa is ideal for you if you are seeking peace and quiet but also want to be at the beach or in the town quickly. The villa offers a dream view over the bay of Alcudia and the landscape. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a living/dining room as well as a further living room on the first floor. 4 bedrooms are on offer for the guests. 2 with double beds and 2 that feature two single beds each. Also featured are 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with a shower and 1 with a hydro massage bathtub. Within the nice garden lies the 8 x 4 m large pool while the roofed terrace invites to relax and lie on the comfy sunbeds. Further furnished terraces are on offer for the guests and 2 more sunbeds stand on the upper terraces. From here you can enjoy wonderful views while relaxing. Another terrace with a barbecue and sink is situated at the side of the house, the washing machine can also be found here. The large lawn is ideal for kids to play on.

This fantastic villa lies in the region of Alcudia. We were completely stunned when we got there. The entire features of the villa were top draw. The room layout and the furnishing were lovely. The house is very well-looked after and the owner was very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. Especially the covered terraces with outdoor grill and the comfy sunbeds were perfect, just like the lounge furniture. It was also a paradise for the children. A great holiday property with fantastic view all the way to the sea. The golf course Alcanada is totally unique. We have already booked for next time. A very elegant country house near to Alcudia. The owner was very nice. Already at the arrival we were all totally thrilled. The house has a very high quality decor and the cleanliness was thorough.
