The villa lies only 2 km away from the town Colonia Sant Jordi. Here you will find many restaurants, shopping possibility and stores. There is a pretty harbor with boat hire and one can book guided boat trips to the island of Cabrera. A lovely sandy beach can also be found there as well as the beautiful bathing bay Playa de Dolc. The famous natural beach Es Trenc lies about 5 km away. A great region with many possibilities.
Description
This exclusive and unique villa is furnished in high quality and distinctive styling. The entrance leads to the large living- and dining room which is flooded in light through its very large window panels. A grand piano adds a very stylish ambiance to the room. An open, fully equipped kitchen is ideally adjoined to the large room. A storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer is situated right next to the kitchen. From the kitchen one has access to a lateral terrace. The living-and dining room gives access to the large roofed terrace and the pool area. A shower bathroom is situated at the entrance. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms with one double bed each as well as a further bathroom. A spacious master bedroom featuring a bathroom en suite and a large window front, plus a terrace and a piano area are also on offer for the guests. The pretty pool area with a 10 x 5 m pool including sunbeds and sunshades is situated within the garden, which offers a large, spacious lawn to relax or for kids to play in. A unique terrace with grill, lounge corner, sunbed and dining table invites the guests to linger. A complete marquee which can be opened or closed guarantees for the right amount of shade or sunshine. A summer house with living room and dining area as well as a fire place is an ideal place to spend time with friends or merely to just relax. All in all a dream villa with special charm and great location.

A super elegant luxury villa in Colonia Sant Jordi. Luckily we also booked via Majorca Villarentals and everything worked perfectly. We were totally amazed right from the point of arrival. The luxury villa is perfect for 6 persons. The elegant, high quality interior and the cleanness were superb. The entire outdoor area with pool and great terrace area was really nice, as was the lounge furniture. The elegant villa was perfect for our holiday. We resided at this exceptionally elegant villa in Colonia Sant Jordi toward the south of Majorca with our family. The holiday at this luxury villa was fantastic. The exclusive and special furnishings plus cleanness were superb. Everything was available in the high-quality kitchen. The terrace with the exclusive lounge furniture was very stylish. The garden and pool were very nicely laid out. We experienced a special feeling of lifestyle at this villa. It’s very recommendable and we have already booked for our next stay. It’s also located quietly and driving to the Es Trenc beach only takes a few minutes with the rental car. This is a really special villa in luxurious design. We were very happy with the villa and the booking with the agency Majorca Villarentals. A really great service. The house features an exclusive interior with premium feel. The highlight was the outstanding outdoor area with the pool and the lounge terrace. The big sunbed was a dream. The modern house is very charming and the nearby beaches and the village Colonia Sant Jordi are just wonderful. It was a fulfilling and relaxing holiday at this dream villa.
