A small market takes place here on the village square every Thursday. The estate provides a superb view over the countryside and the village of Ses Salines. The region offers many day trip options and beautiful beaches, such as the Es Trenc and the Cala Llombards. The town Santanyi is also close by, just as the fishing village of Colonia Sant Jordi. The lovely beaches Es Trenc and the Playa des Dolc can be reached in no time. It’s a great region with typical flair.
Description
Welcome and enter this luxurious villa with many amenities and modern ambience. The ground floor features the modern living room with fireplace and large glass fronts with view of the terraces, the fabulous landscape and the village Ses Salines in the distance. A modern and fully equipped kitchen leaves no wishes unfulfilled and invites guests to some serious cooking. This floor also contains three bedrooms, all of which feature their private en suite bathroom. Of the three bedrooms, one is a double bedroom and two are twin bedrooms. An open staircase leads up to the first floor, where guests can enjoy a modern TV-corner to relax, as well as the large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and double bed. This bedroom also features a walk-in wardrobe and a terrace with surround views over the entire countryside.
The outdoor area includes a covered terrace with large dining table and barbecue, situated right next to the kitchen. A fine pergola with chill out area and many more terraces with lounge furniture and sunbeds are also available to the guests of this villa. The 15 x 5 m large pool invites you to have a refreshing swim on hot summer days.
All in all, the villa impresses with a modern and premium-quality interior, as well as a spacious outdoor area with many terraces and a privileged location in the south of Majorca near the famous Es Trenc beach, among other nearby beaches. We resided at this dream luxury villa close to the village Ses Salines. A sensational property with special flair. The noble luxury amenities and especially the exclusive modern kitchen were perfect. The unique villa featured a superb location with great views into the countryside, as well as a sensationally big swimming pool. The lounge furniture on the covered terraces was super comfy. It was a clean and very well looked-after property in modern finca-styling. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday and the entire booking process with Majorca Villarentals worked out perfectly. The booking through the agency Majorca Villarentals was carried out very professionally. Already on the way to the finca in Ses Salines we were totally thrilled. The house is just as exclusive as in the photos on the Internet. The entire luxury equipment was absolute top. The elegant kitchen has a fantastic equipment. The house was also thoroughly cleaned. The wonderful outdoor area with the covered terrace and the lounge furniture was perfect. Likewise the dreamlike pool and the fantastic couches. It was only a few minutes to Ses Salines, a nice little place with some good restaurants. The pizza in the restaurant XII Apostel is really delicious. We have already booked a villa through Majorca Villarentals. The holiday was wonderful, many thanks to the team for the friendly very good service.
