This exclusive villa lies only 4,5 km from Santanyi. In Santanyi you can find many shopping possibilities, supermarkets and stores as well as numerous restaurants. Every Wednesday and Saturday Santanyi hosts a market from 9 am to about 1 pm. The nice village offers lots of flair and nice shops and restaurants to linger in. The small village Cas Concos is only 6,4 km away. Here you will also come across many nice restaurants and a small supermarket. The next beach, the Cala Santanyi, lies about 8,8 km away. You can even play beach volleyball here. The Cala Llombards is situated 11 km away. The region offers lovely sandy bays and many cozy villages with typical flair. The airport of Palma is about 50 km away.
Description
This modern and exclusive villa lies between Santanyi and Cas Concos and offers its guests a luxurious holiday in a modernly styled villa. The entrance leads to the large and light-flooded ground floor. A modern, fully equipped kitchen invites its guests to cook together. Adjoining is the open dining area and the living room with leather sofas and a modern fire place. Also located on the ground floor is a master bedroom with double bed and a shower bathroom en suite. In addition, two further bedrooms with double beds and a shower bathroom are on offer for the guests here. The guests can find a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer right next to the kitchen by the entrance area. Stairs lead you to the open first floor. The entire floor is a further bedroom with a doorway to a terrace. From here you can enjoy wonderful views across the country side. The whole floor is designed openly with a double bed and a desk. The basement contains a room with a table tennis table and a further shower bathroom. You can conveniently park in the underground parking lot. In the outdoor area, a roofed terrace with dining table invites to linger. A Weber grill guarantees for nice barbecuing hours on the terrace. The 11 x 5 m large pool and the sunbeds are ideal for bathing in the sun with a view of the lovely countryside.

We spent 2 weeks in this modern and exclusive villa close to Santanyi. It was a superb and very regenerative holiday. The luxury villa was very clean upon our arrival. The exclusive luxury interior and especially the kitchen were fantastic. The modern and elegant villa is a very special estate. The large terrace, the pool and the view were all superb. The villa lies in quiet location and it took us only 10 – 15 minutes to reach Santanyi and the beach of the Cala Santanyi with the rental car. The villa is highly recommendable. Very close to Santanyi we stayed with our family in this elegant farmhouse. In Santanyi there is a super nice market and good restaurants. Great beaches are Cala Santanyi and Cala D’Or. The house is furnished to a high standard and the modern luxury kitchen is great. The house was very clean on our arrival.
