Frequently asked questions and answers concerning villas and holiday homes

How long is the minimum rental duration? 
The minimum rental duration is one week. In some holiday homes arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays.

Are towels and bedding available?
All holiday homes feature at least 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel per person. Of course, comfortable fresh bedding is also offered for the travelers.

Will the holiday home be cleaned during my stay?
Every holiday home is in clean and tidy condition upon arrival. Cleaning during your stay is not provided. When stays last longer than one week, the towels and bedding in most holiday homes are replaced.

Is it possible to book online?
Yes, the booking is binding as soon as the landlord/owner confirms the booking.

At what time can we move into our holiday home? 
Of course the holiday homes are completely cleaned on arrival/departure days. Because these are large houses with a garden and pool area, this process takes a while. For this reason, the holiday homes are ready to move into at 4:00 pm.

At what time do we have to leave your holiday home?
Of course the holiday homes have to be prepared for the next guests, which is why they have to be cleared at 10:00 am.

Are we allowed to bring our pet?
In most cases the owners of the holiday homes do not allow pets. However, in some instances the owner will tolerate a friendly pet if an extra deposit is made.

Is payment by credit card accepted?
Yes, payment by credit card is of course possible.

Why is my credit card payment not working?
Credit card payments have to be made via a Visa or MasterCard credit card which is varified by a Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

– Your card must have sufficient funds.
– The name of the credit card holder must be the same as     the name of the person booking the holiday.

Can we book a rental car with you?
We can offer you a rental car right from the airport through our premium partner Vima.

Does your staff speak more languages ?
Our service team speaks English, Spanish, Catalan and German

How high is the “Ecotasa” tourism tax?
The tax varies between € 0,25 and € 2 per person and night, according to season and type of object. The “eco” tax is NOT included in the booking price. It must be payed in cash to the owner of the property according to the contract.

What does “listed and audited by the Spanish tourism association” mean? 
All tourist offices must be registered in the Spanish tourism association “Direcció General Turisme”. This registration is then examined and approved by the authorities. Furthermore, various official requirements have to be met. We are registered with the number AVBAL/703.

Does electricity have to be paid for separately?
In some villas and holiday homes, the electricity consumption is monitored and the cost then directly paid to the owner by the guests. The price per kw/h can be found in the object’s price list.

Do we need a rental car during our stay in a villa or farm house?
In most cases, yes, as it allows you to be flexible and independent. You can book a rental car with us and pick it up at the airport.
